Good to know
When will my order ship?
Every piece is printed to order, which usually takes 2–5 business days, then ships. Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days total; you get tracking as soon as it leaves the print floor.
What if the size is wrong?
Check the size chart on this page before ordering — every piece is made to order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If anything arrives misprinted or damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free.
Is the print durable enough for dog-people laundry?
Yes — designs are printed with water-based inks rated for repeated washing. Wash inside-out and cold, skip the dryer when you can, and the line-art outlasts the fur on your couch.
Who is Melo?
Melo is the Samoyed puppy behind this site — every design starts as a drawing of him. The merch funds the free care guides (and a frankly unreasonable number of treats).
