Our guides are educational content based on owner experience and community consensus — they are not veterinary advice. For medical concerns about your dog, consult a veterinarian. We work hard to keep content accurate and update it when we learn better, but we can't guarantee it fits every dog or situation.

Shop purchases

Merchandise is printed to order. Payment is processed by Stripe under their terms. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Misprinted, damaged, or defective items are replaced free of charge — contact us within 30 days of delivery. Because items are made to order, we can't accept buyer's-remorse returns; check size charts before ordering.

Intellectual property

All Melo artwork, designs, and written content are original works owned by Hello Melo. Personal sharing with attribution is welcome; commercial reuse requires written permission.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products purchased through it.
